At Off Script, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during limited releases or drops

 

 

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

 

 

Return Process

To request a return, you must contact us at offscriptclothing78@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

 

 

Store Credit

In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion.
